“Making the decision to have a child — it’s momentous. It is to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body.”

–by Elizabeth Stone

I see children as kites. You spend a lifetime trying to get them off the ground. You run with them until you’re both breathless. They crash…you add a longer tail…you patch and comfort, adjust and teach. You watch them lifted by the wind and assure them that someday they’ll fly.

The cross~

Lead me to the cross
Where Your love poured out
Bring me to my knees
Lord I lay me down
Rid me of myself
I belong to You
Lead me, lead me to the cross

Hats and scarfs~

Just one picture of my friend from my church. We were actually taking senior portraits of the boys, but while they were changing I asked if I could take a photo of her, and lucky me she said yes. She is so beautiful!

Natural Beauty~

“True beauty stands in the depths of one’s soul.”

This is Britnee. She is such a natural beauty. Love her sweetness. She sings in a band at church, called “Plugged In”, they are awesome, and so is she!

Aaron is graduating from Downy High. He is a very talented artist, and plans on going to college in Southern California, to study architecture, and graphic design. He is also in the youth group at my church. Love his faith tattoo! He was lots of fun to photograph. Love seeing young kids following God with such a great passion!

Aaron made this sweatshirt himself. I LOVE it!
